- All the shoes on this site are in UK sizes.
Baboucha will not be responsible for converting the sizes to your country's size range.
The size converter on the web site is purely for a guide.
- Shoes that do not fit will only be exchanged
for a different size when the original pair is sent back. The customer is to pay for all
carriage costs incurred.
- Goods that are cancelled for any other reason
will be charged a handling fee off 20% and the balance to be credited to the customer.
- Cancelled and returned goods should be
returned to Baboucha Shoes within 10 days of receipt of goods.
- All goods and packages are sent out in perfect
condition. Baboucha shall not be liable for any damage caused to the goods and packages in
transit.
- All goods that need to be returned or credited
are to be sent to Baboucha Shoes and not to any other destination, regardless of any other
addresses, delivery notes and labels inside the boxes. Baboucha shall not be held liable
if the package is sent elsewhere.
- Postal charges may vary from time to time.
Baboucha reserve the right to increase or decrease the carriage charges stated on the
Shopping Cart.
